CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS REPORT -
April 18, 2006
The workers are back in force after the Thai New Year
(Songkran) break and construction is going ahead on
schedule. The interior fit out of the top level Kraburi/Saiburi building continues - specifically the
fitting of the air con units and ceiling work. The
reception building is being fitted out and will be ready
in time for the Phase 1 completion of Kraburi/Saiburi in
early July. Work on the top level swimming pool will
also be completed in line with Phase 1, giving all
owners in the top level access to all the amenities and
facilities of the development.
Our staircase middle building “Longlom” is on schedule
and all the column work has been completed. This week
the beams will be laid on the first and second floors.
And finally we insert pictures which appeared in the
local press of our successful sea view demo unit launch,
attended by many agents and partners of the Bel Air
development.
